Mindfulness Coaching for your Family
16 sessions over 16 weeks (30-45 minute sessions)
All sessions include mindfulness instruction, guided practices, and time for discussion and answering questions. We’ll develop a personalized mindfulness program/plan based on your needs. Weekly fees include a 15-minute follow-up session via zoom and email/phone support.
I will teach you the basics, hold you accountable for your practice, and offer guidance and support when you encounter difficulties. You will learn new tools and communication strategies to create a toolkit of simple techniques/routines to use intentionally throughout the day so you can bring calm and connection to your family.
