Yoga Calm™ youth classes

We offer classes to youth ages 5-12. Yoga Calm engages heart, mind, and body through a unique

blend of physical yoga, social skills games, mindfulness activities, and counseling techniques. It helps

kids develop emotional intelligence, communication skills, trust, and empathy.

Yoga Warriors™ first responders classes

Yoga Warriors classes facilitate healing through yoga to those with PTSD or Combat Stress Disorder and to professionals who work with active-duty military personnel or veterans and their families.

The Power of Me for Adolescents

Using mindfulness and movement techniques, paired with personal health and wellness topics, we provide adolescents with the tools they need to be healthy and connected as they navigate life. Participants experience the lessons through movement, discussion, activities, and a guided relaxation at the end. They find their own voice and discover the power they have within to live a healthy life.
